What if the question of what comes next in your career is really a question of who you are, and how you show up?

Our identity can be grounded in a constellation of ways of being, rather than defined only by our roles and labels.

❋ Identity

Meaning is shaped not only by what you do, but by how you meet your circumstances.

❋ Meaning

Looking inward can help you recognize what feels worth pursuing right now.

❋ Purpose

What you learn about yourself can become the foundation for a career strategy that feels like your own.

The Values Map

How you meet what matters.

The Values Map™ is a personal representation of your values as ways of being, qualities of character you can express through how you meet any given moment.

Unlike traditional values exercises built around predetermined lists, the Values Map is grounded in your lived experience: in the relationships, aspirations, tensions, and moments that have shaped you.

The map uses a series of terrains to explore these values in context. A value is not confined to a particular terrain. The same quality may appear in several terrains and find different expression in each.

At the centre are the values that feel most natural to you. These qualities are typically pervasive across terrains and central to your sense of identity.

Together, the terrains and the centre reveal both the range and continuity of your values, giving you a clearer language for who you are and a practical compass for meeting what comes next.

The Values Map shifts the question from “Which job should I choose?” to “Where might I express more of who I am?”

A guided exploration of identity and meaning.

Find Your How™ is a one-to-one values elicitation experience in which we create your Values Map together.

Values can be explored independently, but they are often easier to recognize in conversation. There is space to notice a spark in something you say, become curious about where it leads, and listen for patterns across your stories. Together, we can stay with an idea until its meaning comes into focus.

Through a series of elicitation interviews, we explore the experiences that reveal the qualities that matter to you. In a final integration session, we bring these discoveries together and consider how you want to put them into practice.

The result is a personal Values Map and language that feels true to who you are and how you want to meet the world.

Your map helps you recognize who you are beyond your roles, responsibilities, and circumstances. It gives you a way to orient yourself during change, make choices with greater intention, and bring more of what matters to the way you live and work. It also offers a new lens through which to consider where you might want to take your career next.
